I hope this can be a place where you can ask general questions about academic requirements.

In the credentialing booklet under Senior Chaplain: part B says this, "Completion of fifteen CEU and may be satisfied by any combination of the following:"
Then it gives 4 numbered points. How many of those 4 have to be met for the individual to qualify for that level of ICPC credentialing? Is 2 of the 4 acceptable?
